K-Pop Girl Group Detained At LAX Over Prostitution Suspicions — But That's Not The Whole Story!

This is awkward!
A K-pop girl group called Oh My Girl was detained at LAX when trying to enter the United States to perform, and their record label is alleging authorities mistakenly thought the girls were underage prostitutes!
The eight-girl music ensemble arrived in El Lay from South Korea on Friday, when they were stopped by U.S. Customs officials who noticed the amount and style of clothing and props the group brought with them into the country.

Apparently suspicious, authorities held the girls for nearly 15 hours before they were sent back to Korea on the next available flight! Whoa!
Only now sources are saying it didn't quite go down like that, and there was never really any suspicion of prostitution.
Allegedly, authorities did notice all the props and outfits the girls brought into the country, coming to see the girls were in the country to perform.
Then, when customs officials realized the girls had visitor visas — and NOT the proper performer visas — well, that was that for Oh My Girl, and back to Korea they were forced to go.
Awkward!
